How does turboCUSTOMER work? First, hotels, travel agencies or other business users must sign up to become Members, and usernames and passwords will be issued. Once you are a Member and successfully logged in, using it is quite simple and intuitive. You can communicate using email, sms, or faxes to anybody worldwide - simply click on the Mailing Lists, SMS Lists, or Fax Lists menu. You can create unlimited number of these lists, as well as edit and modify their content. To send a message, you Compose the message - by either typing into the provided box or attaching documents that you have created before; select the Lists that you want to receive your message; and with one click, your message is being delivered to the target list of people you specify.

This works on email, on SMS (up to 160 characters marketing messages to anyone on the planet), even on traditional fax machines! If you use Fax List, they will be receiving your message through their fax machines, except that you are only paying at up to 80% discount from your normal international long distance charges.
