We met with the Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism & Culture, Dr. Sapta Nirwandar, about this Bali Global Wake idea, and he expressed his and the Minister's enthusiastic support for this idea. He promised that the Ministry will fully assist in providing and coordinating securities with the security forces.

Dr. Nirwandar also promised to:

• Ask all the major airlines - Garuda, Singapore Airlines, Qantas, JAL, Malaysia Airlines - to offer a 50% discount to travel to Bali for the event.
  
• Pledge that the government-owned hotels - like the Grand Bali Beach or Sanur Beach - will offer the 50% discounts. He will also ask other hotels to participate and give discounts.

It looks like it is going to happen…
