Lovina offers unique beach atmosphere
DENPASAR (indo.com): As a tourist destination in north
Bali, Lovina is getting more and more popular. Despite
its black sandy beach, it attracts tourists from many
parts of the world who are looking for a distinctive atmosphere
quite different from that in the South of Bali.
Lovina is a peaceful place where you can enjoy both the
sea view of north Bali beach and the mountainous views
to the south. Local fishermen are pleased to rent their
boats out to visitors interested in water activities such
as diving, snorkeling dolphin watching. The Bali Sea is
the habitat for numerous dolphins and many visitors are
treated to the sights of the animals through a 'Dolphin
Tour'. All water sports are available through numerous
hotels and travel agents in the area.
Lovina also offers cultural and natural attractions.
The traditional dance of Buleleng, bull races and the
hot springs are just some of Lovina's cultural and inland
attractions. The historical remains of Singaraja, the
capital of north Bali, are also worth a visit.
