The best time to visit Bali in terms of weather is during the cooler dry season, from April to October. The rest of the year is more humid, much cloudy and has more rainstorms, but you can still enjoy a holiday. Beginning with the celebration of a triumph Galungan & Kuningan Day; a day where Balinese Hindu people celebrate the victory over the evil spirits, then in mid - June, the 25th Bali Art Festival is officially opened; where hundreds of cultures and art works, which are the representatives of all Bali's regions and other provinces of Indonesia archipelago are demonstrated and exhibited for one month long.
