DENPASAR (indo.com): The Seniwati Gallery of Art by Women will display mosaic works by Napapon Poovananuvut (known as Pom) in an exhibition entitled "At Peace at Mosaics" from June 8, to July 4, 2002.

These pieces were created by Pom while living in the Ubud area as a means of getting back to herself and to express her fantasy and vision after a busy day. She loves the feeling of just sitting quietly, concentrating on putting all the little pieces together to find the right fit for each empty space.

Napapon Poovananuvut was born in Bangkok, in 1966, and graduated from the Bangkok Technical College in Hotel Management. After two years working in a hotel, she became interested in nature and began to express natural beauty through mosaic art.
